Download, cut, and install—these files let you create professional decorative panels in just a few easy steps:
- Digital File Setup:
Open the STL in any CAM software, set your work zero, create two toolpaths (roughing then finishing), and export G-code compatible with your CNC machine. - Material Selection:
- High-density MDF – economical and easy to paint.
- Solid woods like oak or beech – premium look.
- Foamed PVC – lightweight and simple to mount.
- Running on a CNC Router:
Secure the board firmly. Use a 6 mm end mill for roughing at 1 500–2 500 mm/min, then a 3 mm ball-nose bit for finishing with a 10–15 % step-over. Leave a 0.3 mm allowance during roughing and remove it in the finishing pass for a smooth surface. - Surface Finishing:
Sand progressively (120 → 240 → 400 grit), apply pore sealer on open-grain woods, spray two light coats of primer, then finish with polyurethane or metallic pearl paint and add a UV-protective varnish if needed. - Trimming & Installation:
Square the edges with a table saw or flush-trim bit. Mount panels using hidden screws plus PU construction adhesive (or magnetic clips for easy removal). Fill seams with color-matched wood filler and give a final light sand. - Bundle Advantages:
40 panel designs at 0.01 mm accuracy, covering floral, geometric, and classic motifs, easily rescaled in any CAM program—buy once, reuse indefinitely for personal or commercial projects.
